Two Ways to Test Therapy with No Obligation
Firstly, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation that allows you to see if this kind of therapy might be a good match for you.
The second option that I offer is to meet me at the office for an initial session. During the session you'll get a sense for the kind of therapy that I practice, and whether or not you think the fit between us might support your process. If, at the end of this meeting, it doesn't feel quite what you're looking for, then there will be no charge.
On the other hand, if at the end the process feels good to you, then the first session will be charged as a full session, and we'll continue on from there.
The most important thing is that you find the right kind of support that you're looking for. If you would not like to continue with me, I'll assist you with referrals to competent, local therapists who might better serve your situation.
